Technological Progress in Food Processing / Postępy Techniki Przetwórstwa Spożywczego (ISSN 2719-3691 online) is semi-annual journal published by the Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW Press. The published articles are available under the terms of the principles of Open Access Creative Commons CC BY-NC license. It means that for non-commercial purposes available materials may be copied, printed and distributed.
It is a scientific journal presenting international studies of progress in the food industry, including research articles, development studies, implementations, as well as review articles, including the area of food engineering, organization and technology of production, development, construction, exploitation of food machines, as well as food processing management.
Technological Progress in Food Processing presents scientific achievements and ideas of international researchers from universities and research institutes, including technical, agricultural and economical ones.
